We hope you love your PANGAIA purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all bio-based packaging intact to support our circular mission.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original compostable packaging and secure them in a reusable shipping box to minimize environmental impact.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at the designated courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
